How do I track my order?
Once we received your order, we will process it and ship your order. Order confirmation will be sent to your email providing you with your common carrier shipment and order tracking number which provides the status of your shipment and estimated arrival date and time. You can enter you tracking ID provided in the order shipment confirmation email in the common carrier website. Another way is by calling.
Your order can sometimes be delivered to you earlier than the stated dated. If the shipment has not arrived after the indicated delivery date, you can contact the common carrier with your shipment or order number to obtain delivery status on your order.

How much does shipping cost? The cost of shipping is determined based on the amount of your total purchase order. Please be advised that additional charges and fees may apply for oversized products.

DogsConcept.com accepts major credit cards and PayPal payments. All prices on this website are quoted in US dollars.
Do you have a return or exchange policy?
We use the services of different suppliers and each have their own exchange or returns policy. Some do not entertain requests for returns or exchanges. Therefore, we will handle all intended returns or exchanges on a case to case basis in line with individual supplier return policies. It is imperative that the customer send us a notification email as soon as possible if such a situation should arise and we will try to help as best we can.
How do I place an online order?
It is easy and fun to shop at DogsConcept. Shop at our site and click "Add to Cart" for products that you wish to buy. Once you have selected all the items and ready to pay, simply click on the Check Out button. You will then see that you will need to provide us with your billing, shipping and credit card details. Rest assured, all your details will be kept CONFIDENTIAL. Your credit card information will be processed automatically by our website and online Merchant in a SSL secured environment. Does DogsConcept ship to an international address or ship internationally?Unfortunately, for the time being, we only ship to the US.
